They have come up with a great itinerary for me based on some of their guided tours. I will try and post a copy of the map of my general intended route as well as my itinerary. A link to a Google...

Final maps - where we rode
The maps below, are the final tally/routes, we took, to get all the way to New York. Had to cut it up in to three maps because Google would only do so many destinations at a time.
Approximate total miles traveled: 3,700.
Total days stopped/not riding: 2 (One day and a half spent in Prescott, AZ, and another day and a half spent in Austin, TX)
Coldest temperature while riding: sub 30...

Day 13 - TN & NC, Tail of the Dragon
The last couple of days we rode from Louisiana, through Arkansas, to Tennessee. And it was boring, long, taxing, lotsa HWY driving, and very tiring. So let’s get to today, which finally included some fun riding.
We met Zach and Daisy when we stopped for a short break — and to figure out which way we should be going, and where we should head for the night — in Marshall, TX....

Day 9 - Everything is closed in Texas on Sunday
Austin, TX was AMAZING. So I must dedicate a whole post to it at some point. But not today, I’m tuckered out from the very long ride today, and really wanna post about it before I forget it.
First off, I have to reiterate how much nothing there is in Texas. I mean, its not that there is too much nothing. Its that there is too much of everything. Specifically: land, earth, area,...
It’s 45 degrees Fahrenheit, and we’re going 80+mph. I wonder what...

Day 7 - Texas is huge...just get through it...and...
Texas is f’ing huge. Just look at it. Grab a map. It’s large!! That being said we just had to blast from one town to the next to do our best to get through Texas. We at least had an end in sight: Austin. We were all looking forward to this little Oasis of a city. We’d all heard lots about it. But in the meantime, there’s was lots of Texas to cover.
This was...
Day 6 - New Mexico to Texas, extremely windy
When riding motorcycle, you’re always looking for twisty roads to test your skills, and just generally have a really good time: you, the bike, the road, the great outdoors, and incredible scenery. If you can put all those elements together, it makes for a great time — today was a great time.
Riding through, or past a national park seems to always find you a great road. This 82...

This is for Eglaeh and the Blasko kids. So perk up, and get to readin’!
The motorcycle ride today brought us to White Sands National Monument/Missile Range in New Mexico. This is where the firs ever Atomic Bomb was set off in the Trinity Nuclear test. Which were conducted under the guidance of scientific director J. Robert Oppenheimer. (Ummm, I’m remembering most of this from...
